At Elevate, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled with care, integrity, and transparency. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you engage with our services—whether online, in-studio, or through events.

This website is intended to provide information about Elevate’s services, schedule, instructors, and studio policies. All content is owned by Elevate and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our designated platform. Payment is required at the time of booking. All purchases, including class packages, memberships, and private sessions, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for confirmed and processed transactions.

Group Classes: Must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $25 fee.
Private Sessions: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the loss of the session or a full charge to the card on file.

Clients are expected to follow all posted studio policies, including late arrival, waitlist, grip sock requirements, and code of conduct. Elevate reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for violations of these policies.

By participating in any class or session, you acknowledge that you are physically able to do so and have received clearance from your physician if needed. Elevate is not liable for injuries sustained during studio activities.

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used. Audio and video equipment may be used on-site for security purposes.

Listed instructors are subject to change without notice. While we aim to maintain consistency, substitutions may occur due to scheduling or availability.

Elevate reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
