At Elevate, we believe wellness includes moments of joy—and our studio dogs, Jade and Ollie, embody just that. These beloved companions bring a gentle, grounding energy to our space, and they’re part of the heart of our community.
While we adore animals, we kindly ask that guests leave their own pets at home, unless they are certified service animals. This helps us maintain a serene, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Thank you for understanding—and don’t be surprised if Jade or Ollie say hello during your visit.
At Elevate, every class is crafted with intention—and space is limited to preserve the quality of your experience. As such, all class purchases are final and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us honor both our instructors' time and our community’s commitment to showing up fully.
Need to make a change? Depending on availability, you may be able to reschedule or transfer your class if you notify us within the allowed window. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Thank you for supporting our elevated standard of service.
We open our schedule with intention—group classes at Elevate become available to book exactly 7 days in advance. Whether you're planning your wellness week or jumping in last-minute, you’ll always have a fresh set of options released daily.
Reserve your spot early to ensure your favorite class and instructor are waiting for you. Let’s rise—together.
Dress to Move. Arrive as You Are. We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable activewear that supports your full range of movement—think leggings, fitted tanks, or anything you feel strong and free in. For most classes, grip socks or bare feet work beautifully, while our cardio classes call for sneakers and our spin classes use sneakers or cycling shoes with cleats for spin.
No pressure to match a look—just show up in what makes you feel confident, supported, and ready to rise.
Everything You Need—Already Here No need to pack extras—Elevate provides all the props you need for class, including premium mats, blocks, straps, foam rollers, and more. Our thoughtfully curated equipment is clean, supportive, and always ready for your practice, so you can focus on what matters: moving, breathing, and rising.
Just bring yourself. We’ll handle the rest.
We get it—life happens. To honor our team’s time and ensure fair access to class spots, Elevate enforces a 12-hour cancellation window. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed classes within 12 hours of the start time will incur a $25 fee. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping us maintain a smooth, community-centered experience for all.
To maintain the integrity of our classes and respect the experience of every guest, we offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 5 minutes, doors will close and entry will not be permitted—no exceptions.
This policy ensures a distraction-free environment and honors the flow of each session. Late arrivals beyond the grace window will be treated as a missed class and subject to our cancellation terms.
We appreciate your punctuality—it keeps our community elevated.
We’ve Got You. If a spot opens in your desired class, you’ll receive a notification giving you the chance to claim it or pass—no pressure, just options. Our system is designed to make booking flexible and fair, so you can move at your pace and stay in the loop.
Keep an eye on your notifications—you might just land your perfect session.
At Elevate, we strive to deliver a consistent and seamless experience—but occasionally, changes happen. Instructors and class schedules are subject to change based on availability and studio needs.
We’ll always do our best to communicate updates in advance and ensure every session maintains the level of excellence you expect. Thank you for your flexibility as we continue to elevate your experience.
If a waitlist spot opens up and you're already signed up for another class at the same time, it's totally your call. You can either switch into the newly available class or stick with your current booking—just be sure to manage your schedule in advance to avoid any late cancellation fees or missed class penalties.
